How-do-you-do. distressing once more for the trouble. It doesn't seem that my computer recognizes I've plugged in anything to the USB port at all. I've been searching through the list and can't see anything I suspect would be what I'thousand looking for. I could be incorrect, but I don't believe and then.
I will notwithstanding acknowledge that I'thousand not completely certain what category it would be found in regardless.

If your issue is not fixed, I suggest you to run the Hardware and device troubleshooter on Windows 10. Follow the below steps to perform Hardware and device troubleshooter.
- Press Windows + 10 keys on the keyboard and select Control Console
- Blazon Troubleshooting in the search bar on the Control Panel.
- Click on View all on the left navigation pane.
- Click on Hardware and device.
- Click on Advanced on the Hardware and device dialog box and click on Run every bit administrator (Enter the credentials if required).
- Click on Side by side and follow onscreen instruction complete the Hardware and device troubleshooter.

Are yous referring to GH two Ten-Plorer guitar?
What is the status when you run the hardware troubleshooter?
Practice you see any fault code or error message on the screen?

I'g facing exactly the same problem.
GH two X-Plorer guitar that is working fine on my old laptop and on my desktop, will not exist recognised (at all) by my windows x laptop. (The X-box ring does not light up, and there is no "unknown device" in device manager visable.
I've been searching all over the internet and have non been able to fix this problem for 2 months now.
